• No Refunds on Subscription Plans: Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial usage or unused time.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

2. Service Issues & Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide a seamless trading experience. However, in rare cases of technical failure or system downtime, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• The issue was reported to our support team within 24 hours of occurrence.

• Our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after verification.
